The new Cheetah Mounts Universal Plasma/LCD TV Ceiling Tilt Mount features rock solid extension poles that extend from 31" all the way out to 54".  The interior diameter of the extension poles is over 2" allowing for true cable managment.  You can run your power cord, HDMI, Component, S-Video, DVI, Steroe etc. cables all through the poles at the same time.  The ceiling plate also has a hole in the center so you do not need to punch a second hole in your ceiling to the side of your ceiling plate.  And if your ceiling is angled or vaulted - no problem.  The ceiling plate feature a swivel allowing for ceiling angled up to 60 degrees.  We feel this is the best ceiling mount sold on eBay for 32"-55" Flat Panel TVs.  Give it a try.  Worst case, if you are unhappy for any reason, simply return your mount for a no-questions-asked full refund.
